After the private equity takeover we missed our Q2 revenue by over 500k

This place is completely falling apart. Heavily micromanged, unfair favoritism, and they just don’t care about their employees at all. Restructured so that everyone fails accept a select few. Goals are completely UNATTAINABLE so your “on target earnings” will never be what you actually make. Any then they threaten to put you on a “performance improvement plan” threatening to fire you for one single bad month even if you are their most consistent performer. Zero training you are just thrown to the wolves and there is SO much gray area so everyone steps on everyones toes and it causes hostility between reps which makes the work environment terrible. Doesn’t matter how well you do either, you can be their TOP rep but they don’t care and you are just a headcount for them in office and you can forget about their claims of “hybrid” because it won’t truly be. They will REQUIRE you to be in more than they say and it’s all based on performance which you will be set up to fail from the jump so you can kiss that goodbye. 3 years ago this place was a gem and you could make good money, but now they are lucky to last like this through 2025 since they are probably going to outsource more and more to the Philipinies since it’s cheaper for the company and thats all they care about. Not to mention the “product” is TERRIBLE and there is ZERO ROI and it is completely unethical sales, so just don’t waste your time unless you want to have constant stress, managers LITTERALLY breathing down your neck, and eventually burn yourself out.
