Bad culture, no work life balance, Non professional management team
Pros
Good tech stack for learning new skills and knowledge.
Cons
This company falls short of its promises. The work environment is unpleasant, there's no work-life balance, and the management team lacks professionalism and necessary skills. When you're being hired, they don't tell you that you'll have to take calls very late at night. So, be careful and find out what it's really like before you start. You'll have to start work early and finish very late, which messes up your personal life. It's not what they make it seem; so avoid joining if you value your personal time. The managers here are not respectful. I've never seen a female manager use bad words in serious conversations and think it's okay. It's not okay, and not everyone is comfortable with that. The same manager walks around the whole office all day, talking nonsense about others in a loud voice and engages in gossip. The office culture is terrible, and there's a lot of favoritism. The managers themselves seem unsure about their roles and often tell people to go work at a better company. In my experience, it seems that your pay here depends on your relationship with your manager, rather than your job performance. The company appears to make a big show of being a great place to work, but it feels like its all a game of influencing. The top boss seems like a nice guy, but I'm not sure if he even cares about what's happening as he never interact with ground level so he must be seeing all of this and still does nothing about it.
