      The leadership team is so far removed from the real world they cannot relate to the critical business issues to run a successful company.

      Pros

      CB provides technology to purpose-driven organizations (nonprofits, schools, etc.) Remote-first work environment. CB "gets it" and will never be a company that forces employees into an office or into a rigid work schedule.

      Cons

      Lots of change. This is a tech company trying to grow fast organically and through M&A. That means lots of change and lots of strategy shifts. If that kind of thing drives you crazy, CB isn't for you.
