      We appreciate your feedback. The remote and hybrid model has been well received across the organization. There are a number of activities to best support our employees. Some of these include increased training & resources, internal development & promotions, ability to provide feedback directly to the Executive Leadership team, consistent town halls, benefits reviews & updates such as offering pet insurance, and culture counsel led initiatives.

      Horrible Management. No one knows what is going on. Asking for help resulted in very late replies with vague responses. No relevant training.

It is expected that our leaders will support their teams and our employees to include ensuring that feedback is welcomed and training available. To further support these priorities, we offer an ELT email address for feedback, HR availability, and an employee hotline. From a training perspective, we have prioritized these concerns and made available our Knowledge Nuggets, Connect the Dots, CB Speaks, manager fundamentals; as well as, additional training available on our OneLearn system.
