Business Outlook
Pros
The unlimited PTO is nice but depending on your job, you may not ever get a true day off where you don’t have to check email. Additionally, there are many great people in the company that are awesome to work with. Decent work life balance and flexibility
Cons
You have to push to get paid what you are worth. People who have been at the company years with lots of experience are getting paid the same as people who are newer with less experience. So many great workers leave and management doesn’t care. Leadership has high turnover as well and they really just want managers to be yes men who do what they’re told and don’t care about their teams. There’s also nowhere to grow within the company. 401k match is terrible too
