      Team members great to work with; upper management, not so much

      Pros

      • Work from home was allowed even pre-Covid. • The team I worked with was great. • Break room was always stocked with good snacks, soda fountain, and coffee machines. • Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      • Hiring freezes for our branch were put in place while working on a huge migration process, and were not lifted when that migration basically broke the platform for months. • Support team took on more responsibilities during this time without receiving additional compensation. • Upper management/owner seemed more interested in acquiring additional companies than putting resources into improving existing brands.

      - Lots of opportunity to get exposure/experience in various businesses - Great cross departmental/business unit collaboration - Flexible work environment, with realistic work life balance - Real opportunity to make meaningful impact on a growing business - Approachable leadership, awesome teammates

      Cons

      - Still growing pains in bringing businesses together. It can seem disjointed at times but that is the nature of how the business was formed through acquisition. - It is a big company but requires a start up mentality in many areas, so you need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves (not really a con but helps to be aware)

      - Strong collaborative culture while many of the teams are operating fully remotely. - Open communication around our growth goals. - Amazing opportunity to work with passionate team members who care about nonprofits, schools, agencies, and associations. - Great opportunity to grow and develop your skills - Growing presence in the market means we have a ton of opportunity to grow and adapt our products to whatever challenges come next: good for sales, great for marketing, fun for product! - Unlimited PTO - With the added agency for time management given with a manager title, it's key that you take advantage of the many perks and unplug!

      Cons

      Can be a fast paced environment for folks coming from the nonprofit or education sector (like me!), but the support is there through unlimited PTO, happy hours, onsites, good mentorship, and being able to work with people that share your passion for public service and social good.
