      Pros

      Most of the people are sincere and fun to work with. You quickly learn the ins and outs of private and independent school business. The remote work environment works well here.

      Cons

      Everyone is pushed to do more with less, it was easy to burn out.

      Pros

      Love working remotely, working with different leadership teams and managers, and to learn and grow with a great organization. At Community Brands all teams are collaborative, team players, open/ free to ask questions, make suggestions, and feel you have made a difference everyday.

      Cons

      No cons, its a fun and fast paced environment with great opportunities to grow a career with.

      Pros

      Great place to work! It's purpose-driven focus helping K-12 schools, nonprofits, and associations motivates employees to do my best every day as does the strong leadership, unlimited PTO which we're encouraged to use, and the flexibility of being remote-first.

      Cons

      The company has seem some change recently. Benefits premiums could be lower and 401K match higher.
