As Community Brands grows, newly acquired products and teams can make operations challenging, and confuse customers.

A chance to work in a fast paced environment (but might not be for everyone).

Cons

Everyone is overworked. So many acquisitions and subsequent reduction in workforce, leaves confusion and too much work for those that get to stay around.

CEO is very transparent and is driving the company towards success. Fast paced organization with great growth both in revenues and investing in employees. Open PTO policy, days off for volunteering and competitive salaries and benefits
