      Huge conglomerate constantly experiencing growing pains

      Pros

      internal improvements in systems are happening, business seems to be doing well

      Cons

      Success is rewarded with penalization, systems improvements are glacially slow.

      Appreciate you taking the time to reply and recognizing the improvements we have made in our internal systems. We would never take advantage of any situation to justify less pay or benefits. We actually took the very opposite positions and were fortunate enough to be able to offer hundreds of spot bonuses in March to recognize the incredible work people did throughout the pandemic - but you didn't know about it at the time you wrote this, so it makes sense. I'd like to understand more about your comment on success being penalized. If you would be comfortable emailing or pinging me on teams I would love to look into this. SC, COO

      Great peers and invested team leadership

      Pros

      The culture and people are the biggest benefit of working here. Almost everyone wants to support one another and do good work and there are very few politics and toxic behavior. There seems to be a lot going on and projects are fast paced, but almost everyone is kind, supportive of each other and collaborate to get work done. Management is clearly putting effort into making sure we have what we need to be successful, have opportunity for growth and feel a part of the big picture.

      Cons

      As I mentioned before the pace is fast and sometimes changes based on decisions from leadership. This can be stressful, and it helps to hear why decisions are made from executive leadership and could hear that more often.

I agree that a lot of people were stretched thin over the last year - we asked a lot of people at a time when everything was just so hard and we were amazed by what you all accomplished.       Our people really are great! It's fun to be in these meetings! I read each of these and the concern about 401K match is being heard, as is the importance of continuing to manage benefits cost. SL, CEO
