      Moving to Remote-First Culture but lots of turnover

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO is nice, and have never had any issues. A lot of different companies/industries you can move to through their products.

      Cons

      Very high turnover in upper management. Do not backfill roles quickly, leading to wearing many hats in your position.
