      Flexitime, management doesn't like causing ripples.

      Cons

      Management doesn't like causing ripples. Paying low-end market related salaries, with only annual increases, nothing else. Very small bonuses. Ever-changing environment with ever-changing measures of performance. Very few additional benefits. No growth opportunities.

      - Focus on career growth (but you have to show interest) - Focus on leadership skills if promoted to management - Most teams have a great culture and build meaningful relationships

      Cons

      - Unfortunately no overtime - Not as comfortable with internal appointments (moving between different teams)
