The culture comes from the top down. The top does not care about people and has sociopathic business practices. The top wants to gouge everyone who isn’t them. It’s like they get off on taking advantage of people who aren’t smart enough to know better - including/especially employees. It’s a lame version of The Wolf of Wall Street. This company took something beautiful (Solar) and warped it into the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen any business do. This scam like process is not sustainable. I feel this company will get raided at some point and shut down or management will be legally forced out. It is a predator, using a government incentive, baiting and switching people and leaving a massive trail of destruction.
