Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, Union benefits (sort of). Nice supportive coworkers passionate about helping clients. Great clients to get experience with, collect hours with supervision.

Cons

No training for new hires. Unmanageable work load, always increasing the load, expected to get things done regardless of time barriers. Union is useless, management is not afraid of Union concerns. Only favorite employees get promoted. Executive team paid well and get fat bonuses while staff struggle to even get COLA annual raises. Upper management doesn't care about staff or even clients, they just want to boost their own incomes. Clients not treated well, their concerns about treatment aren't important to management.
