There was nothing pro or good about this place. They engage in favoritism. They hired me and then for no reason let me go. If you see the extreme turnover rate by all the job openings publicly posted you’ll know. Stay away

Was able to advance in pay within my position, made lifelong friends, and worked for my lifestyle at the time. I felt like I was getting paid above most companies at that time for my position.

Cons

Management treaded lightly around internal issues regarding employees not getting along, which felt like they chose to drop the ball vs. attempting to address conflict. At times it felt cliquish, but overall, I feel that having the team I worked with and the clients made the job worthwhile.
