Pros
The people. The people, the people, the people. Alright, the technology is cool, too, and is demonstrating on-orbit success, which is fantastic! Also the people are amazing. The facility is beautiful. Snacks abound. Moving at breakneck speed without sufficient people means you're going to learn a LOT. Last shout out for The People. One of the best teams you will ever find.
Cons
Leadership is out of touch and out of time. Former government (think 2016-2020 government) and Lockheed executives abound. People are not a consideration of the decision making apparatus. HR appears stuck in the 90s. Culture used to be a huge strength, but it has slowly ebbed away like a tiny leak in an oxygen tank, with no one around to replenish it. Morale is in a downward spiral.
