Constant management changeover Favoritism Zero appreciation for long hours of work put in. Management unprofessional Tried to help with company changes but if your not on the favorite list to certain people you won’t be heard.

Snacks. Nice building. Various career opportunities and ability to take on ownership. There are some truly amazing coworkers and personalities.

Cons

Culture is doing a 180 shift from what it used to be to becoming a "standard company." Sadly, the downward cultural trend is being driven by only a couple people. The departments that can help with the retention problem are not listening to the warnings or suggestions of others. Long hours. Standard benefits. Open door policy is slowly dying in some departments.
