      Pros

      Monark is a great place to work that has just the right combination of teamwork and independence. Whether you are entering as a prospective RBT, current RBT or prospective or current BCBA - there is room to grow and move up within the company. You can progress through 7 levels as an RBT, get your BACB supervision with an awesome leadership team including BCBA-D's, and continue to grow with the company. The story of how the company was born is so heartwarming and you truly feel that from the top down. The only company in my 16 years in the field that fully and whole heartedly invests in their employees.

      Cons

      All jobs have their moments of stress but the support you receive from leadership makes the stress very very minimal.

      - Monday-Friday, dayshift - No major holidays, no weekends - Caring, supportive atmosphere - We're making a difference in these kiddos' lives! - Growing company, so opportunity for career growth and advancement

      Cons

      - Can be very stressful due to nature of industry - This job is not for someone who is lazy and just wants to sit around all day! You are on your feet, keeping up with the kiddos!

Here at MonArk we do strive to provide high quality services to our patients and the families that we serve as well as provide quality support and training for our staff.

      Rewarding to see the kiddos progress, awesome coworkers, management's willingness to listen, growing company, many opportunities within the company

      Need a larger facility, we are growing out of our building
