Nothing good to say about a company who doesn't pay their employees the money they've already worked for.

Cons

They are cheap and will hold out pay and wrote you up for no reason. Management and upper management is greedy and unethical. They do not treat employees respectfully. And they wonder why their employee turnover rate is through the roof.

Commissions are nice. Residents are great! The Insurance is beyond great!

Cons

Higher up are horrible and lazy. Drama Drama Drama!!! All they did was talk bad about people do is talk crap behing ur back and then be nice to your face. Work orders that sat for months.

Pros

Good commissions, other than that i cant think of anything else. Monarch doesnt care about employees or residents.

Cons

They treat employees as though they are nothing and can be easily replaced. If you have complaints they tell you "well you dont have to work here" rather than trying to work with you to resolve issues. Managers are power and money hungy and dont put in as much work as lower level employees.
