Competitive pay and benefits, location. They know how to cover up a bad situation so you don't see it, make a mirage look real, a surface fix.

Cons

The company is highly misleading. I am not surprised to see the multiple new positive reviews all during the same month from current employees. The company has had multiple bad reviews posted in various review places and then they have staff that counter those reviews by posting other positive reviews to boost their ratings, such as here, but all these employees were told to review, they did not put a review by their own choice. This company is also not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and the BBB gave the company an F rating due to 10 complaints filed against the business, the business failed to respond to 3 complaints filed against them, and 2 complaints filed against them were not resolved.

I have worked at Monarch Investment for nearly 3 years and absolutely love my job! The day-to-day changes all the time and never a dull moment. Monarch really allows employees to develop professionally and contribute to their own success. The work/life balance is great and Monarch strives to take care of employees.

Cons

Sometimes the job can get stressful and remote oversight can be difficult.

Monarch really inspires, values and appreciates their employees. When I interviewed at Monarch I knew I found my forever home, and honestly best decision I ever made. I can assure you hard work and dedication will not go unrecognized. I have been with Monarch for 3 years and I have been promoted 3 times. My work is appreciated, rewarded, recognized and valued at Monarch. I just do not work for Monarch, I feel and know I am apart of Monarch. I could never image working anywhere else after working with for Monarch. I would highly recommend Monarch to anyone looking for a new opportunity, who desires growth and wants to be apart of a rewarding and amazing team and company.

Cons

For me there really are no cons, my entire experience with Monarch has been nothing but great and rewarding.
