      Some nice people do work for them, growth and opportunity.

      Cons

      Poor communication from corporate office in Colorado. Do not value employees, trust and reward incompetent employees! No tools with unrealistic expectations.

      Monarch fosters an environment of growth, not only for the company as a whole, but for individual employees. The company provides endless opportunities to all employees. Your career at Monarch will be what you want to make of it.

      I do not see any true "cons". This is a growing industry and a career is available for those willing to learn and work hard.
