      I stated working with Monarch Investment and Management group as a Temp leasing agent to help out for the holiday season about 1 year ago. I quickly learned what a great company Monarch really is. I was very soon hired as a permanent leasing agent with the opportunity to advance very quickly. With in a couple months I was given the opportunity to transfer to an out of state property as an Assistant Property Manager. After about 8 months my parents started to have health issues that required me to move back to my home state. Monarch was very helpful in finding me a position that was close to home and not only that but I am now proudly the Property Manager at a very beautiful community. Monarch is by far the best company that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. They really care about their properties, residents and employees. They are like a really big family, I'm Team Monarch all the way!!!

      I wish my pay was a little higher but they are pretty competitive with pay

      Monarch as a company is amazing, their choice of leaders doesn't align.

      Cons

      Poor leaders in asset management are held on to and not held accountable. Taking away from the reputation of a solid company.

      Former Employee, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with the Asset Manager that oversees the Cleveland & Columbus areas. Not knowing your title, it’s hard to determine if you were directly reporting to them or maybe if your impression was 3rd hand. Either way, I have forwarded this comment to the appropriate people for reflection and can tell you that the buck absolutely stops at the asset team whom are held accountable for everything that goes on in a region.Monarch Investment Associate

      It's a job I wake up every morning excited to be at!

      In October 2019 I started working for the company! From day one I have loved this job in and out! I started off as a leasing agent and with great training and an amazing assistant and property manager I was promoted with in 7 months. I have now transferred to a new property as an assistant property manager. I have learned so many new things from the promotion and just being introduced to new people and new ways of doing things. I am beyond thankful for this job and the opportunities it has presented. I plan to make this my life long career choice as there is always room to grow here at Monarch!
