None Very Rasist at the location I worked at It was planned for me to be there a short time to hire who they really want which not my race.

Cons

Work very hard meet all your goals but fired because of personal issues the manager had talked to upper management they all together same race and person management wanted in first got the job year later after EEOC case filed. Just as I stated was going to happen.

I do hope that you contacted our 3rd party HR Company Peliton and/or a corporate employee regarding your concerns? I have worked very closely with top Monarch leadership for a long time and know firsthand that Monarch is a very open, very welcoming group whom accepts people from all walks of life. Pros

I was greeted with respect and kindness they say family is who you make it and MONARCH truly became part of mine. My time at Country Club gave new meaning to a purpose in life. The people I worked with truly are amazing in every way. My absolute Pro was to have been part of something so wonderful.

Cons

My only con would be that I had to walk away from the best JOB I have had in my life. I am relocating to Phoenix AZ for family matters and will not forget my family in Toledo Ohio.

Pros

Flat organization structure allows employees of all levels access to making important decisions. If you prove yourself you will get rewarded. The company cultural is collaborative and entrepreneurial. Employees, vendors, and investors say we are lucky to work for such a great company. Fast growth means great opportunities!

Cons

Not a great corporate location, but once you get familiar with the drive it is okay. Some complacent employees are kept around too long.
