I have been in property management for 9 years but only with Monarch for 8 months. From my first day I have never had a team or company like I have found with Monarch. There is always someone there to help you and support you. Any challenge I may have found in my new position I know my co-works on any level will be here to support me. I always feel like there is some who can help not only myself but anyone on my team.

Cons

The SOPs can be a lot - some are hard to understand and follow. Some do not give enough information on a step by step process.

You are treated with respect. Everyone matters, you are a part of a team, a team that wants to see you succeed. Your team listens, they care, they are respectful, and professional. If you are looking for a company to grow with, Monarch is that company! You’ll never want to leave because all anyone ever wants is what I listed above.
