Pros

Good commissions, other than that i cant think of anything else. Monarch doesnt care about employees or residents.

Cons

They treat employees as though they are nothing and can be easily replaced. If you have complaints they tell you "well you dont have to work here" rather than trying to work with you to resolve issues. Managers are power and money hungy and dont put in as much work as lower level employees.

Pros

This company cares about its employees. Compensation is good, and health benefits are amazing. The people I work with are amazing and talented, and I couldn't have asked to join a better team. Truly a great work experience.

Cons

Overtime is frowned upon, and it would be nice to clock a few extra hours to finish projects that might be difficult to do during office hours because of how busy day to day operations can be.

Pros

Small company feel- Upper level management KNOW who you are and have an open door with any comments or concerns (good and bad). Great compensation as well as medical benefits- company pays almost all of it for basic medical plan, dental for employees is free, low rates for other areas! Great opportunities to grow with the company. Upper management stresses the importance of working hard but employees are rewarded FULLY for the dedication and efforts put forth every day.

Cons

Growing very quickly- not as much support in training in some areas, lots of changes (good things) but you have to be willing and able to be open to the change.
