Substandard pay and no 401k match. Have not gained much in the way of skills or knowledge from assignments.

I've been in the industry for 18 years and never worked for a company that cares about their employees like Monarch does. Monarch is constantly getting bigger with a lot of growth potential. They have great benefits and perks for their employees.

Cons

I have yet to see or hear of any cons about Monarch. No company is perfect but Monarch is as close as I've seen and thriving to become even better.
