      Pros

      Monarch's continued growth provides endless opportunities. They seem to promote almost strictly from within. Monarch offers many employee incentives that boost morale including free skiing and profit interest.

      Cons

      The quick growth is challenging as there are constantly new faces in the office. If you prefer a stagnant company than Monarch may not be for you.

      Pros

      I've been with Monarch for 10+ years and have seen the growth experienced. It's a great company that keeps up with the times and cares about it's employees.

      Cons

      Trying to keep everyone happy at all levels of the company can be challenging, but programs are in place to try and achieve this.
