Can't think of any Pros from this company. Easy to get a job because so many vacancies.

Cons

Low pay, Supervisors and upper management do not communicate, required to work lonng hours do to short staffing, supervisor's do not know their jobs and programs. Turnover rate is high. Should not have 5 different supervisors in a year. Company shows favoritism to employees.
