      I love this company

      Pros

      Will stand behind their employees! I had a major health event occur and had to be out of work 5 months. They held my job for me even not knowing if I would be able to return. They also kept my insurance paid even when I was unable to pay my part. My coworkers are my friends and I have never had such a tight knit group to work with. My position gives me more than a “job”. I feel like I am truly making a difference in others lives. It has increased my self worth so much. Even my “upper” management supervisor is wonderful. I have no plans to ever leave Monarch until retirement.
