Direct staff are very patient for what they deal with. I'm not talking about the residents, the office staff.

Cons

Too much drama between office staff. Sometimes you wonder who's running the place, staff or the clients?? Benefits for full time staff are not worth it. Most healthcare facilities won't even take the insurance. Rules are inconsistent No communication So many meetings and emails for a group home Sanitary/cleaning procedures are not done well They lie on their audits and still do horrible
