Pros

Office environment is energetic, and I appreciate the hands-on approach to IT projects. It's a place where I've learned a lot and most importantly enjoying going to work every day.

Cons

Very fast-paced work and things can change quickly. Keep your ears open, learn, observe, grasp and adapt to keep up.
