My team is great and they really make this a fun place to work. You also have the potential to make a lot of money here especially as someone in their first or second job.
Cons
The first few months are not easy because you have to put a lot of work in. You definitely see a lot of people come and go who are not ready for this type of challenge. But if you work hard you will be rewarded.
