      The recruiters are very professional and they do a good job communicating. I've had other agencies throw me into situations without giving me an accurate idea of what kind of work I'd be doing, but the people at Mondo always keep me well informed and I look forward to working with them for a long time.

      Cons

      I’ve never had any problems with Mondo. The work is always interesting, the rates are competitive, and the recruits pay attention to my needs.

      Pros

      Creative benefits package, strong management, they offer excellent training, there are tons of room to grow your career, and the company consistently records double-digit growth.

      Cons

      Not that this is a ‘con’, but just be prepared that people are working here because they are driven and they want to succeed.
