      Pros

      My experience at Mondo has taught me a lot in a short amount of time thanks to a welcoming team that has been helpful every step of the way. From the initial phone screen to recruiting on my own the process has been smooth and enjoyable, and I am very excited to have a long lasting career here at Mondo.

      None, people here are very accepting. There is always a helping hand available when needed, making for a great team.

      Pros

      Management is very hands on, will let you know exactly how you are doing. If you mess up or do something wrong, then they will let you know. It is very transparent. Everyone is very willing to help, and if you have any questions, they will take the time to assist you. If you are a capable individual and willing to learn, you can pick it up quickly and make good money. I've enjoyed it thus far.

      Cons

      The work day is long, but they make that very clear from the beginning of the interview process. If you weren't comfortable with that from the beginning, you probably shouldn't have taken a job. There are also some things that can happen that are beyond your control, so you have to be able to move on to the next deal if that happens and not dwell on it.

      I am contracting through Mondo currently. The entire process has been flawless. Once I received an offer, they made sure I was aware of every move that was made.
