      Pros

      They work with you to find the right assignment for you. They communicate clearly to the client what makes you a valuable asset to their organization. In the end, they really do care about your happiness.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, if a client wants to hire you full-time; you need to end your assignment as a contractor for Mondo.

      Pros

      Mondo works very quickly to set you up with an appropriate match and provide you with the resources to get the job done (pun intended). Communication and follow ups were professional and timely.

      Cons

      It might feel like you're being rushed, but that's not necessarily a bad thing if you're looking to move quickly.

      Pros

      Mondo has been nothing short of an awesome work experience so far! I am a fairly new employee, and the team and company have made me feel welcome and a part of the "Mondo Family" from Day 1! The training process was extremely comprehensive and helpful, and the team/VP has supported me and been there for any and all of my questions as I continue to grow within the role! Mondo is a definite work hard play hard business structure- and although that means you are held to certain expectations (and you will want to be - that's how you make your money!) there are major perks of being an employee- including trips, team bonding, and awesome incentives!

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that it can be a slow ramp up process until you are really making money (commission based structure)- but you are given all the tools and foundation to succeed with this (if you put in the work!).
