      Pros

      Very Helpful! Allison was super responsive via email and phone. Helped me get a job in another state which can be difficult. Help negotiate job title Mondo even comes in to our office frequently to check in and brings goodies!

      Cons

      Not many cons- but being a contractor you dont get benefits- but this is redeemed when you become full time!

      Pros

      Everyone is very supportive and helpful! A great place to work if you are looking for a collaborative environment. It is very fast-paced and if you are willing to work hard and be aggressive, then you can definitely find success!

      Cons

      Long hours can be a lot for someone who is not used to it. Also, sometimes work can come up on the weekends so work-life balance can be a bit tough at times.
