      Great people, tons of opportunity for growth, and a job that keeps you busy which I absolutely love! Work hard, play hard is the best way to describe it!

      There has been some recent management change which was difficult at first, but now there is great management in place.

      Pros

      I've been working at Mondo for 3 years and have really appreciated the growth opportunities within the company. I started out in one role, and when I realized I wanted to do more, the doors were wide open for me. Management has been supportive and confident in my abilities to get my job done and for me to be successful.

      Cons

      If you're not driven it might be hard to succeed and continue to grow. You have to be a go-getter if you want to shine and stay on top.
