This place is a cult. Do not believe a single positive review, it is clearly management who is asked to add positive reviews to Glassdoor since all of the legit ones are so awful. -No work/life balance. Will harass you after hours, during PTO and while at Dr appointments. -They don’t give you commission on some of the deals you close -They do not value anyone, you will be fired the second you don’t hit your metrics, even if you have a history of doing very well -They tell us to find candidates based on their physical appearance and age -Managers will shame you publicly in front of everyone, scold and belittle you if you have a “candidate issue” (aka, someone who decided they didn’t want to proceed with the interview process or offer) -Managers act like they are saving lives or doing something meaningful when they are all just suck ups who managed to stay long enough to get promoted. It’s embarrassing. Overall their business model is a joke, they rely on kids fresh out of college to try and brain wash them into drinking the koolaid. Their turnover is insane. It’s shameful what they put their recruiters through for such little pay. I could truly go on for days about how awful this place is.

I think the biggest con is that I was found via linked in. This is more feedback than it is a negative review but I think it would help going to schools or career fairs or trying to make it more known for people trying to find jobs!! I didn’t know about Mondo until I was recruited but they are doing good work so I wish more people knew.
