Joining this company has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Cliché, sure, but still true. This place takes people with potential and gives them the tools they need to be incredibly successful. I was one of those people that never thought I would see myself in staffing, with constant cold calling and pushing to close deals every day. Yet, here I am a year later, loving every second of it. The managers and staff here were as supportive as possible, working one on one with me to pull out my best qualities and strengths to become the best recruiter I could be. The pushed me to overcome fears, develop new skills, and allowed me to realize that the only thing holding me back was being afraid of what I didn’t know.
