Pros
Mondo offers not only a great corporate culture but even more importantly the opportunity for rapid career advancement. Mondo is the definition of a company where you can literally blaze your own trail to accomplish whatever it is you desire. Management is great, they offer support while also encouraging individuality. Although the hours are long, the job is very rewarding and the people you get to work with all come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I would recommend Mondo to anyone that not only wants to be challenged but someone that also wants to grow both financially and as a professional. A great place to learn, develop and truly gain valuable experience in a BOOMING industry!
Cons
Like any small company there are certain bumps along the way that you are expected to feel. Nothing huge at all but the biggest drawback that I can come up with is in the newer offices sometimes there is a lack of support on some of the more administrative tasks. A small price to pay though for a company that offers so much!
