Pros

I am a new Inside Sales AD which is the sales training program at Mondo....MBA program. It is really hard and makes most entry level jobs look like a walk in the park. I am sticking it out for a few reasons. I want a career in sales, also, I am friends with people here that are 25 years old and making over 100k....some are making close to 200k. I want to do that and I am positive I can get it done once I get through the isam program, which usually lasts about 3 months.

Cons

No major cons so far....company is highly ethical and management seems solid. Maybe letting us come up for air a little more often, but other than that....all is well.

Pros

-Incredible team, sense of belonging, management does a great job. Felt like home the minute I walked in. -Incredible perks for employees -Creativity is encouraged - we are all allowed to make suggestions to make our job more efficient and grow the company as a whole -Sense of purpose - consultant relations team was created to ensure the happiness of all of our consultants onsite. this is the only staffing company I've seen that goes above and beyond to take care of their contractors. -I came from another staffing firm and it doesn't even begin to compare to the experience I've had here.

Cons

None that I've seen thus far

Pros

Mondo has been my home away from home since I left college. Their amazing MBA/ISAM program, transforms young intelligent college students, into real world professionals. The tools learned during the MBA program are lifelong skills that are necessary in having a successful career. Once the MBA program is successfully completed, you become an Account Director. I could say a million positives about being an Account Director at Mondo. The rewards cannot be matched by any other company. The benefits package is UNREAL, and the sense of ownership one gets from working on specific accounts is very rewarding. You create long term relationships and become the trusted advisor for top level executives; how many people can say they know and give advice to C-level executives? Not too many that is for sure. On top of the amazing professional experience and benefits that comes with being an employee of Mondo, there is also a sense of belonging. No matter what office you work out of, you have a family waiting for you in every city. Every person supports one another, and provides insight and advice, to create a drive for success. Each person’s professional and personal triumphs are the company’s wins. We all celebrate each other, and are constantly pushing everyone to be better. We also have a very work hard play hard environment. We are the best at what we do, and we like to treat ourselves for being the best. The company is young and energetic, there is no mundane work day at Mondo.

Cons

Not for the faint of heart. Staffing is an up and down business, and it takes a constant effort to succeed. Nothing comes easy!
