      Only attractive people work here. Good culture.

      Office Bullies. Favorites are obvious. Devil wears prada bosses. No work/personal life balance If you want to know more about this company search for Bluewolf - they recently just changed their name to bluewolf. high turnover rates After leaving I have never been happier this job was terrible sticking it out was the worst mistake of my life.

      Great place to launch a sales career

      1. Limitless potential to make money (for real) 2. Encouraging managers coach you every step 3. Possible 3k bonus, 1k bonus, or $250 AMEX card when you close a certain amount of deals I graduated literally a year ago, and went through the inside sales training program for 6 months, then got promoted to account director. Now, 6 months later, I've closed 24 deals (placed 24 people) and my commission check will be near 6k every month for the rest of the year. Oh yeah, and that's on top of my base salary... Do the math ;) P.S: I'm 23 years old.

      Pros

      At Mondo, I never felt like I was left by myself. When I started growing restless at one position, they found me another one (and got me hired) in less than a month. Pretty impressive. Also, they have the best office space ever.
