Coming out of college and not knowing where I wanted to be, Mondo was the best choice I made! I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in sales but was unsure where. After having a phone screen with Mondo and being invited to meet the office at a meet a greet- I realized that the environment which Mondo portrays is unlike any other company. Now that I have been working for Mondo for quite some time, I have to say that from the warm welcome I received from my start to the training program, this is the place to be! You start as an ISAM(Inside Sales Account Manager) where you learn the ins and outs of sales and how to be the best you can be. They are constantly trying to improve on this program as well and are more than willing to listen to all and any input to better improve the program. There is a great amount of support for your success and in this environment you're given the opportunity to be the best you can be, and people will listen to your ideas.

Mondo has been such a great experience! They really care about their employees, and allow you to use your skills wherever you think they best suit you! I have been with the company for a little less than a year, and have learned so much! I love that all of management is easily accessible, and there to really help you succeed! I love that I can come to work everyday, and look at it as a career, rather than just a job!
