Pros

They say you have unlimited PTO, they said you'd get free manicures (more like $8 expensed, but whatever) Decent base salary, higher than area average for agency recruiting Energetic young environment There are a few top earners here. Basically, if you're under 30 and green, this company will hire you and work you to death under the guise of "earning your keep", "being committed", and "showing effort." Do not drink the koolaid.

Cons

Worked 50+ hrs per week on 40k salary, no overtime. I was told *by management* that I needed to do that. Rarely took a lunch break - if I did, my manager would email/text me and basically demand that I return Would get work emails at 6:30 AM and when I *got* to work, heaven forbid if I didn't respond prior Sales team was not bringing in decent business - in staffing, that is a death sentence for a recruiter. Management doesn't care if the sales team isn't bringing you anything to actually DO..must be the recruiter's fault Expected to be available 24/7 "since they pay your cell phone bill" - 0 downtime Saw others fired due to politics - then management wouldn't hire on replacements for them and expect you to pick up the slack If they DID hire on someone new, without fail, prior to that new individual starting, someone was getting fired. People constantly jump ship, but the company will not acknowledge what direction it's going in, only highlights success stories.

Pros

Pretty cool culture. My manager was a really cool guy.

Cons

I worked at Mondo for more than a year. I was young, the company seemed really lax and they really sell you on the interview. I joined without reading proper reviews (see Bluewolf's page for when they used to be affiliated) and right away noticed that this is not the company I want to be a part of. Management is a soap opera. I've never seen a company micromanage their employees like Mondo does.

Pros

-Company is well known in the Staffing world -I am still close friends with many of my co-workers even though I was fired this past year so I will say that they do bring quality people into the office to work

Cons

12+ hour work days - be prepared to work from 8am-6pm each day (I literally only had time to eat a quick 15 minute lunch from my desk). Then be ready to spend another 2+ hours each night doing more work from your own personal laptop. IT CONSUMES YOUR LIFE -No privacy - Everyone sits together with no space to operate - Headsets are terrible (look like 10 year old McDonalds Drive-thru headsets) -Motivate employees through fear - threatened to fire someone weekly (most of the times they do) -Make you feel replaceable and worthless to them -Only care about numbers -PREY ON YOUNG RECENT FEMALE COLLEGE GRADUATES with zero real world work experience (90% of the office) to take advantage of them and their well being. -NO ONE TO GO TO IN THE OFFICE WHEN YOU HAVE HR ISSUES -Terrible work environment -Recently dropped starting salary by $5k I was trying to search for other jobs the entire time I was working with them but it was so difficult to do so since the other companies all wanted to do phone/in person interviews during the 9-5 workweek, which was impossible to do since YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE THE OFFICE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR unless your out with a client. When I was sick, I still forced myself to go into the office because they did not care about my well being whatsoever and would just use that as ammunition again me as "not being committed."
