Pros

Their is nothing good about this company. This Company forces people to create positive reviews.

Cons

They treat incoming staff like garbage! You will apply, someone gets back to you and then never returns any of your calls or messages. This is by far one of the worst, unprofessional companies I have ever encountered! Do not waste your precious time interviewing because they will call you to call them back and the NEVER EVER call you and then leave you hanging out to dry!

A VERY BAD PLACE TO WORK

Pros

They had snacks in the kitchen and the office was nice. I also met some people that I am still friends with today.

Cons

Oh boy. Where do I begin. I actually worked there in 2012/2013 but I couldn't chose that option. From what i understand it is still as bad as it was back then. I have since grown considerably in this business and I know more and more everyday why this place churns and burns good talent, and clients. It is a transactional recruiting shop focused on short term wins rather than long term success. They do not encourage meeting candidates, you get 10 minutes to get lunch, and from what I understand they now offer incentives to get people to write positive reviews on this site. There was a tragic event that happened while I was working there, and one of my colleagues was close in proximity to where this happened. Everyone was concerned about her well being and we were asking her how she was. We all got pulled into a conference room asking us not to talk about it at work and that it was distracting. All in all, if you are looking to make an impact in this business- look for a smaller company with great relationships and reputations. This place has a terrible reputation in the business and very little positive relationships with clients.

Thank you for the candid feedback, though it is a bit delayed! Mondo has grown a lot as a company since 2012, and not just in our number of employees or offices. We're always looking for opportunities to learn and grow though, so if you're interested in hearing more about Mondo as we exist today, I'd love to chat with you about the industry and your experiences! Pros

There are plenty of holidays(Columbus Day off), for now. Sure try to pay you in cool. Drinking is often encouraged, and sometimes provided. Which is a double edged sword.

Cons

Management across the board, with few exceptions, are rudderless. There are some bright spots, but not in the midwest. There is an expectation to be always available, and to work harder not smarter. There is a feeling of desperation in all members of the sales team due to the heavy sales metrics that are impressed upon you. There is no room for creativity or individual thought.
