      Do NOT apply here if you are a confident person. The confidence that I have in myself denied me employment here because the managers over the Charlotte office felt insecure that I’d come for their job. I didn’t even want management… They will have no specific details when they deny you, which lends no credence to any reason for them denying your employment. Don’t bother, especially if you’re a confident guy.

      Pros

      Most of the staff is young and pretty cool, so it's easy to bond with coworkers over work-trauma

      Cons

      Cliquey and weird, cult-like culture. Too many managers and not enough leaders. They make it seem like it's normal and necessary to work long hours and weekends and not take any vacations because you need to put "your" business first. A lot of the employees here are fresh out of school or have little experience in sales so they try to make you think those things are normal in the industry when that's not really the case. The salary and the mental weight of this job are not worth it.

      The people are nice there

      Cons

      Cold calling heavy job. making about 100 -150 calls a day. plus sending out tons of emails. The job gets pretty boring and redundant. Management completely switched up on me when the going got tough and were trying to micromanage me into quitting
