You won't learn anything from management, your customers will not respect you when you are forced to lie to them, there's no work life balance and since therapy is out of pocket you end up spending so much money on healthcare. Starting salary between 45-60k but you work so many hours without commission the first few months you're making like $15-18/hr. Managers are super clicky). It's hard to respect the CEO.
