Worked here for over four years. Consistently made 6 figures after year one.

Cons

Consistently battled mental health issues and had no work life balance. Worked 60+ hours per week, regularly, and was expected to be “on” at all times.

Pros

You will love your teammates because you can all cry together about how much you hate your job.

Cons

Where to even start? You know it's bad when every week there is a new bad review of this company and they are all spot on with what you've personally experienced. You're constantly talked down to in pings. It feels like management wants to publicly humiliate you in front of the rest of the team to keep everyone in line. I have experienced my own manager keeping a handful of people on rotation that she would constantly bully and target, me included. You need to make sure your positivity is at 100%, answer every call and text, know what your candidates are doing every single second of the day. But management can ignore you, miss lockdown calls, go on video calls with clients and have their cameras off, show up LATE to client calls. But it doesn't matter, because no matter how many people go to HR or speak to upper management, they will always be miserable bullies and nothing will change. This company is about 98% white people btw, I am pretty sure everyone in a management position is white as well. I could go on and on about what a terrible experience I had working here but I can't afford to get another grey hair from this garbage company.
