They’ll set unrealistic quotas and expectations and goals, yet sabotage you by not approving candidates that are qualified and play favorites with recruiters. They boast collaboration and company culture, but it’s all for show. They don’t give a single (insert word) about you or the candidates. Toxic management, manipulation, and just leadership (if you can call it that) with really no business sense at all. Better off hiring a dumpster fire to run a company. Your non-compete will be ridiculous and restrictive in all ways that don’t make sense. Company holds commissions for multiple months instead of investing in account collection resources. There’s zero real interest in developing your skillset. Churn and burn baby.
