Pros

This company is for the motivated, the bright, the charismatic and the resilient. Recruiting/Staffing is a fast up, fast down industry and all-encompassing all-in or fail mentality. This is just the nature of the industry. The pros here? You know where you stand, you know if you are doing well, you know what you need to do to do better. You be trained, mentored and developed. The managers there are successful when you are successful as the Recruiter and the Account Director. When you have recognizable talent and ambition at Mondo and you make it known, the management team, VP team and CEO will give you every opportunity to be successful there. There was a previous review below that addressed that every office has a different culture. They are correct. I helped open an office, which was a great challenge. But the difference is the attitude of the employees that are there and the way they treat each other. So, again - I will put this back on you. Are you positive? Are you respectful? Are you engaging? A team contributor? A good communicator? A hard worker? Willing to help other people be successful? Do you want to make a ton of money and have fun while doing it? Are you afraid to be looked in the eye and come face to face with your weaknesses? If you lack any or all of the above just stay away from staffing. Not just Mondo, but stay away from staffing because it isn't right for you. This industry will break you if you aren't resilient. Mondo has some cool benefits like monthly manicures,, quarterly massages, cell phone reimbursement, shoe shine reimbursement. But best of all....I worked with the most talented recruiters, as well as sales strategists I have ever met. Even to this day. If you are considering a role as a sales person for Mondo, you are backed by the best recruiting team an agency can ask for. You, an account director, are not required to be technical, which makes this fact even THAT much more important for you, and don't forget it. I have learned one thing specifically while working for Mondo and in the recruiting industry...In transformational organizations there is opportunity, and if there isn't something in site, you make it happen. You step up. Mondo can give you that. But on the flip side, you need to be agile and also be willing to be transformed. This can be the hardest lesson you ever learn career -wise and in life. End of story So my last point with all of the aforesaid points combined, you can do so much with Mondo. Working for this organization, gave me opportunities to see and do things I would never have been able to do otherwise. To build a massive network with amazing people that respect you out in the US (and internationally) is absolutely priceless. The reason I am not there anymore (if you are wondering) is because I went into another division/aspect of the industry. So this is real talk.

Cons

A more definitive road map to progress in title and level of responsibility is needed to cultivate senior employees, and also as a suggestion - Implement two comp plans. One for those establishing themselves in the company and then one for the individuals who have crossed a threshold of profitability for the organization.

Work Hard, Play Hard

Pros

- Work hard, and you can earn the autonomy to run your own business within the company. - The commission is real, and earning potential is sky high if you are willing to put in the effort. - Unlimited vacation may to some, seem unreal and a joke, however if you are actually putting in your time and showing your worth, you will be granted the appropriate time off. - Teamwork, they encourage and promote synergy and team collaboration. - Half day Fridays - they are real. No, for real. You will leave the office by 1pm on Fridays in the Summer.

Cons

- Long hours. You should know that you are not signing up for a 9-5. It is realistically 8-6. However, that's really not uncommon in the work world now a days, and the fact that within a year of graduating college you could actually be making $100,000.... it's worth it.
