- Terrible terrible terrible work-life balance. They expect you to be available around the clock, god forbid you need to use the restroom. - Don't believe the work-life balance they try to sell. Their Instagram makes it look great - it's not. - If you're in sales you will have a hard time getting another job in Staffing because of non-competes - Commission structure is horrible. You will work on reqs that will make you $0 in commission, but you're expected to spend time on it until you find someone - They are not understanding of the market and expect you to have full control of your candidates. If your candidate can't commit to accepting a position they haven't even interviewed for yet, you can't send them. - Terrible base pay
